I want to put a blog on SacMusic so I can write about the site on the site instead of here. I started implementing the feature, and the pile of crap that was the code base overwhelmed now. Since then, I’ve added RuboCop for linting, added a couple dozen tests, and have made a bunch of small tweaks along the way.
Tonight, I cowboy refactored the open mics admin controller code without tests. I plan to do the same for venues soon.
What am I even doing? I’m definitely procrastinating.
